All products are custom-made and hand-made to order. Due to high demand, we offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated based on order total, destination, and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout

Custom orders are processed and produced within 14+ business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received. During peak seasons, sale events, and periods of high order volume production times may be extended beyond the estimated timeframe listed.. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.by placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these processing times.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's delivery status.
